The Administrative Assistant provides administrative support for an organization/department.  Activities include a variety of secretarial and administrative duties such as:  travel arrangements, calendar maintenance/scheduling, departmental reporting, presentation preparation, meeting coordination etc.


Essential Job Functions

  • Provide administrative support to a group of SVP's
  • Duties will include
  • Maintaining Calendars and Scheduling Meetings
  • Compiling Team Level Weekly Updates
  • Preparing Presentations
  • Making Travel Arrangements and preparing Expense Reports
  • Maintaining  Team Vacation calendars
  • Providing backup to other Finance Administrative Assistants
  • Other support as needed

Education/Experience Requirements

  • High School Diploma is required
  • 3-5 years of experience working as an administrative assistant
  • At least 2 years of experience supporting multiple senior leaders and/or executives
  • Effective Communication Skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Visio
  • Ability to multitask within a fast paced corporate environment
