The FLOD Analyst II (Change of Law and Agency Coordinator) is responsible for partnering with the Lines of Business to determine impact and facilitate changes related to new and updated Federal law, State law, and Agency/investor regulations. He/She will provide guidance for key business initiatives by serving as the lead for projects, process improvement efforts, and business discussions pertaining to the current scope of regulations. He/She will also work closely with the Business, Legal, Risk, and Compliance to confirm proper interpretation and operational scope of regulatory requirements.


  • Analyze and comprehend state and regulatory requirements, in correspondence with the Business, Legal, Risk, and Compliance
  • Identify and understand the operational processes that will be impacted by a regulation, in order to ensure the necessary changes are incorporated
  • Facilitate meetings and execute a project plan with the Business, Legal, Risk, and Compliance to ensure timely implementation and compliance with regulations
  • Manage the progress of project tasks and action items assigned to the Business, Legal, Risk, and Compliance

  • Excellent computer skills required. Expert level at Excel, PowerPoint and other MS Office software. Proficient in use of Access, SAS, and/or SQL is a plus.


  • Bachelor's degree with major course work in a discipline related to the requirements of the position is preferred.
  • Equivalent job experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the essential functions of this job may be considered.
  • 2-5 years of experience working with servicing, operational risk, or compliance within the mortgage industry
