The Customer Service Specialist is responsible for the front line contact of customers and prospective customers interested in Xome’s home services. Reporting to the Manager of Concierge the Customer Service Specialist will oversee the lead process flow of potential customers and ensure their needs are met.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound calls/emails from customers interested in buying and/or selling a home with Xome. Return calls and perform outbound marketing to customers within our network with the goal of scheduling appointments and converting leads to customers.
  • Maintain communication with Servicing personnel and Direct Sales personnel to address day-to-day needs and special requests.
  • Oversee the lead flow process to ensure adequate flow from Customer Service to correct divisions in Direct Sales.
  • Promote further lead transfers on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
  • Spearhead training sessions to obtain more lead transfers.

Core Requirements:

  • Sales experience highly preferred within one of the related fields: mortgage, title, and/or real estate. 
  • Prior inside, outside, or relationship-driven sales experience strongly preferred with the ability to hit conversion targets
  • Phenomenal communication and interpersonal skills in driving customer satisfaction and conversion
  • Adaptable attitude, willing to take feedback and improve performance with guidance
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
