Manage and/or Coordinate work assignments through our nationwide network of independent contractors Monitor assigning queue to ensure inspection and property preservation work is completed per agreed timelines Read, retain, and communicate complex instructions and procedures Negotiate prices before and while contractor is dispatched onsite Ensure all work is completed in compliance with client SLAs and/or company policy Perform self-auditing functions that organize your day for optimal work flow and reporting Provide updates, notations, and contact contractors when requested by inquiring managers and production representatives Capable of understanding BPO, Appraisals, Inspections and Maintenance processes and procedures. Solid understanding of the complexities from a contractor’s perspective within FHA, FNMA, FHLMC, and HECM guidelines Ability to apply appropriate judgment to resolve complex scenarios Ability to coach team members and assist with escalations. Operates effectively under general supervision Other duties as assigned on an individual basis at manager’s discretion.
