JOB SUMMARY

The Technical Operations Project Management Analyst II is responsible for managing technical requests from Operations to Technology inclusive of ensuring continuity of content, required detail and cost estimates. Providing operational oversight of development progress, prioritization coordination, user testing definition and coordination, design assistance and communication of key initiatives and mitigation of critical issues. Act as a liaison between business unit managers and the Technology resources.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Ensure that assets are boarded to systems properly and within established SLA
• Manage inflow of technical requests from Operations within established SLA
• Ensure that technical requests from Operations contain required content, inclusive of cost benefit analysis
• Assist in the coordination of user acceptance testing
• Assist in the definition of user acceptance test scenarios
• Field inquiries from Operations in regard to technical matters
• Identify potential risks and issues and recommend mitigation plans
• Assist in process design
• Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement
• Proactively manage project dependencies and identify potential workarounds
• Other duties as assigned

• Strong MS Office skills
• Strong analytical approach to issues
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong customer service skills

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• Operational experience in mortgage space a plus
• 3+ years project management experience preferred
