  • Provides technical product/application support to end-users by responding to and  

diagnosing problems through discussion with users. Includes problem recognition, research,  

isolation, resolution and follow-up steps. May interact with the technology team to identify  

and correct core problem. Simulates or recreates user problems to resolve operating  

difficulties. Calls are typically second tier.  

  • Technical Support - AM will partner with the Solutions Engineer to provide technical support  

for all deals in the pipeline. This support includes providing technical responses to  

  • RFIs/RFPs, consultations, attending sales calls and meetings when requested.
  • Using the prospect or existing client’s use cases and/or requirements, develop a proof of  

concept using the product. This phase includes partnering with Sales and the Solutions  

  • Engineer to create a rich and meaningful experience for the prospect.


  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Create clear, effective and professional written communication and presentations  
  • Ability to create, prepare and execute complex business tasking while organizing multiple  

projects and job responsibilities  

  • Ability to proactively resolve complex problems, and through effective internal collaboration  

build outstanding client relationships with customers at all levels in the organization  

  • Organized and independent  
  • Proven ability of confidentiality in previous positions  
  • Able to maintain positive contacts within the organization to exchange, explain and interpret information or ideas and follow-up on client requests
