This position is integral to the growth of the Xome Agent Direct program.  As a Marketing Coordinator you will be responsible for the organization and execution of Xome Agent Direct marketing efforts including but not limited to digital and print collateral, video collateral, and agent recruitment campaigns.  In addition to marketing responsibilities you will be responsible for collecting and presenting quantitative and qualitative reports of your work.  The strongest candidates will show an ability to project manage, distribute work among multiple individual contributors, and assist in the direction and strategy of the marketing programs for Xome Agent Direct.


  • Collect marketing needs, direction, and requirements from stakeholders and relay these in the form of formal requests to the individual contributors (Xome employees and contractors) who will be executing the work.
  • Oversee the creation of marketing collateral and the execution of marketing programs
  • Provide daily, weekly, and monthly analysis and reporting to Marketing and Business organizations


  • Graduation from a 4-year college or university with major course work in a discipline related to the requirements of the position or equivalent work experience. A high school diploma or state accepted equivalency is required.
  • 3-4+ years experience in brand marketing, project management, or a related field
  • Knowledge of real estate highly preferred
  • Ability to coordinate with vendors 
  • Competent Excel skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical ability
  • Willingness and aptitude to learn tools and channels employed by the Marketing team
  • Ability to travel approximately 3-4 times in the first 6 months of hire to offices in different states for training.
