JOB SUMMARY The Quality Control & Reporting Analyst is responsible for overseeing record retention & reconciliation for marketing originations across all channels. This will involve daily audits of finalized campaign material compared to work product submitted by our vendors. In addition, weekly record reconciliation that involves taking the file that we give to the vendor, verifying we get the exact quantity back, that each piece is imaged and accounted for in our imaging system and reporting issues to the channel managers. In addition, this role will provide input and support to the FLOD team for findings/issues and problem resolution. Develop spot testing and quality control for each channel that has an image retention/reconciliation requirement in their policy & procedure. For example, Direct Mail, Email and Digital. Support daily report needs for OBTM, including a daily tier report, map report and hourly performance reporting. This position will support all Marketing Originations business channels in our efforts to weave quality control and change management throughout all of our processes and to document improvement efforts through pnp’s and job aids in Archer. Ultimate responsibility of the Marketing Originations Risk and Compliance team is to insure that each business channel is in full compliance daily including management of a change request process and the day to day business approval process for creative campaigns to generate leads and support business initiatives for the origination channel. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Create 3 daily OBTM reports and publish to audience as well as provide analysis on prior day performance to AVP of OBTM. Daily record testing of any materials submitted from our vendors prior to vendor distribution of marketing collateral signing off on quality and reporting any issues to the channel manager. Record reconciliation weekly of all images submitted by our vendors for imaging to our record retention system. Signing off on file size, test and imaging and reporting any issues to channel manager. Work with Risk & Compliance team in Marketing Originations to support projects, audits, issues and findings as a resource that can speak to record retention and reconciliation for all channels for Issues management, FLoD, legal & compliance. Develop trend analysis and recap reporting for marketing channel leaders around record retention and reconciliation. Provide back up for daily/weekly QC process with channel managers in brandmaker system to reduce errors/findings and improve consistency and quality of submissions to Compliance/Legal.
