The Workforce Mgt Sr. Analyst, under the guidance of the leaders of Reverse Mortgage Servicing and Business Transformation, is responsible for managing division-wide workforce management processes in support of operations. The goal is to achieve the business service level objectives while maximizing the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of the supported business lines.


  • Work with the line of business leadership to develop and maintain a staffing model based on business processes, staffing drivers and forecasted units.
  • Run staffing model and produce / analyze results in conjunction with forecasted budget and new business development opportunities.
  • Forecast and oversee staffing levels based on staffing model including onshore/offshore mix and overtime analysis.
  • Assist in cost/benefit analysis for technology and strategic projects including projecting effect on staffing triggers and then measure results over time post project implementation.
  • Develop forecasting and scheduling models for business teams.
  • Develop reporting for utilization / tracking of production including variance analysis and team member stack ranking.
  • Analyze and trend historical work volumes, compare to projected / budgeted volumes and staffing levels.
  • Recommend increase or decrease in staffing levels based on analysis of historical volumes and modeled predicted future volumes.
  • Provide tracking / reporting for offshore utilization and serve as liaison between division management and offshore captive leadership.
  • Work with Business Transformation, Business Intelligence and Information Technology to develop tools and reporting to support task assignment, prioritization, escalation, planning and decision-making.


  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft SQL, MS Excel pivot tables and MS Excel model-building a strong plus.
  • Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint.
  • Strong mathematical, analytical, communication and organization skills.
  • Self-motivated and must excel in a minimally managed, high profile and somewhat unstructured position.
  • Previous experience with utilization reporting and administration experience desired.
