Job Description Summary

A Sales Marketing Analyst is a well-rounded individual and with a passion for customer service and most importantly, someone who can easily multi-task and maintain extreme attention to detail. This individual will administer a lead management system for all loan officers, managers, and administrators within the company. A Sales/Marketing Analyst understands how to report, identify, and pinpoint patterns and trends at any point of the process. He/she must excel at effective communication techniques and be equipped with advanced interpersonal skills as this position corresponds heavily with numerous departments internally and externally, including executive management.

Essential Job Functions

  • Manage and maintain lead management system for entire Sales organization
  • Create, maintain, and monitor advanced lead distributions for various Marketing campaigns
  • Create lead reporting for Marketing and Sales management
  • Report daily on lead flow, lead conversions, and provide lead vintage data
  • Work closely with IT on system changes/issues/maintenance
  • Manage all system setup  requests for new MPs
  • Develop training material and teach Training Department how to train new hires on new features
  • Provide continuing education classes on system functions for seasoned MPs
  • Communicate changes and updates by providing detailed emails and training tips to users
  • Work closely with Marketing on understanding new Marketing campaigns and how changes will affect lead distribution and prioritization

Education/Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Familiar with mortgage lending terms and processes
  • Familiar with mortgage marketing campaigns
  • Computer literate with the ability to access multiple systems
  • Advanced in MS Excel
  • Knowledge of MS PowerPoint
  • 3+ years of related experience with a mid to large sized organization
  • Understanding of all sales and marketing channels
  • Must have sales and technical expertise to create solutions that meet business requirements
  • Understanding of the mortgage production work flow
