The Agent Relationship Specialist is responsible for managing approximately 250-350 assets and relationships via our client recording system. The Agent Relationship Specialist will be reporting to the Manager of Agent Relationships.
 

Roles & Responsibilities:


Manage Relationships

  • Via systems of record, partner with the Xome real estate agent to ensure client needs are met in a timely manner
  • Regularly consult with realtors regarding performance and marketing strategies to drive timely conversion of assets
  • Maintain the current status of properties and customers with real estate agents in regards to marketing efforts, showings, etc.
  • Maintain relationship with clients and vendors throughout the process in an assigned territory
  • Highlight company benefits to our clients and vendors regarding our program, maintain invested interest

Manage Assets (Traditional Listings)

  • Manage 250-350 real estate assets at a time, while providing best in class customer service
  • Make decisions regarding property marketing strategies, real estate agent assignment and offer negotiations on traditional assets

Research, Analyze, and Improve Decision Making

  • Gather and analyze complex data to develop clear and logical marketing strategies
  • Prepare a monthly projections report detailing the number of sales, sale dates and estimate of losses
  • Provide feedback to leadership relative to process improvements, challenges, and demonstrate leadership skills within peer group

Core Requirements:

  • Minimum of two years' experience in real estate, loss mitigation, real estate owned (REO), or any combination thereof. Many of our highly successful Agent Relationship Managers have transitioned from prior backgrounds as Asset Managers, REO Specialist, Loss Mitigation Specialists, Real Estate Agents and Brokers, Short Sale Negotiators, Auction Specialists, Mortgage Processors, and Sales Representatives – just to name a few!
  • Proven track record of meeting goals and timelines in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining a high level of emphasis on detail and compliance
  • Efficient in using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite with the ability to learn new software packages as needed
  • Qualified candidates are internally driven to succeed and have a track record of exceeding performance targets and goals in previous positions, regardless of challenges or obstacles
  • Graduation from a four-year college or university, or the equivalent combination of job experience and education that demonstrates the ability to perform the essential functions of the position. High school education or equivalent required. 
  • Prior sales or related experience preferred
