Responsible for interacting with clients and business functional operations departments to ensure that appraisal orders are processed according to client requirements and delivered in a timely manner. Regularly communicate with client to build an ongoing relationship with their staff.

Responsible for daily maintenance of the open order pipeline. This includes regular communication with the appraiser regarding appointment scheduling, inspection confirmations, and the timeliness of report submissions. Updates the client regularly on order status. Overall responsibility for the performance of a set of orders based on regional location.

Field and answer calls from appraisers and clients. 

Notate orders via the internal systems of records and other systems of records as needed.

Deliver superior customer service, with effective written and verbal communication.

All other duties as assigned.
