Qualification:

Any Graduate / Post Graduate  - Preferably in Commerce, Science, Business Administration / Management, Arts

Experience:

5 - 7 years’  experience, preferably into Mortgage / Financial services operations with atleast 3 – 4 yrs of people management experience

Responsibilities


•         Open to feedback and ability to work in a team environment


•         Customer first focus with an eye for detail


•         Ability to plan, design and deploy – delivery strategies


•         Need to deliver consistent results around productivity and quality following client specific guidelines, as per  client SLAs & process workflow


•         Excellent skills with to and fro correspondence and documentation with explanation of delay in case of any


•         In depth understanding of the Mortgage industry processes with exposure to compliance and internal audit mechanisms


•         Excellent people management and resource management skills


•         Strict compliance to process workflow as specificied by the client


•         Complete all mandatory training requirements in a timely manner.


•         Identify opportunities for process /  Customer service improvement and communicate it to the leadership
