Reporting to the VP of Talent Acquisition, the AVP of Talent Acquisition is responsible for leading a team of recruiters while executing against strategic and tactical objectives within a specific business channel. 


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Partners with functional business leaders throughout the assigned channel to identify requirements for external recruiting
  • Creates and deploys high volume recruiting plans while measuring results, ROI and business leader satisfaction
  • Manages the recruiting function for assigned channel and all steps associated with sourcing and delivering qualified, diverse candidates
  • Leads, Mentors and develops a team of recruiters located in multiple geographic locations
  • Aligns channel recruiting strategies with other channel talent acquisition strategies and plans
  • Organizes, analyzes and develops monthly metrics and implements action plans based on metric results
  • Works with business and HR partners to anticipate workforce changes and influence the timing of hiring needs to support the channel’s objectives
  • Share knowledge about global recruiting trends and best practices across the TA organization and continuously develop and enhance personal and team capabilities.

Core Requirements:

  • Graduation from a 4-year college or university with major course work in a discipline related to the requirements of the position is preferred. A high school diploma or state accepted equivalency is required.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a time-sensitive environment
  • Strong business acumen while driving results and aligning with the business strategy
  • Ability to deal effectively with all levels of managers and team members
  • 7+ years managing a Talent Acquisition team
  • A high school diploma or state accepted equivalency is required
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience (or equivalent in education and experience)
  • Unquestionable knowledge of recruitment best practices and methodologies
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
