The AVP Reporting & Analytics will be responsible for working with business partners throughout the Servicing organization to identify, document, cost justify, test and implement productivity improvements, cost savings, compliance initiatives, and ad-hoc projects.  Additionally, this role will have the direct responsibility for understanding and tracking key business metrics, data sources/models, and operational reporting via management of a team of reporting analysts.

Scope/Responsibilities: Operational oversight for single or multiple defined functions within a sub-segment of a business channel or corporate staff function. Provides thought leadership and planning for areas of responsibility. Assists in developing budget for assigned area. Direct Report to AVP. Manages Manager and/or below Manager level resources. Responsible for medium and/or short-term business entity planning and/or operational direction. Decisions have a high-level impact on assigned business area.


  • Coordinate and execute on projects and reports with business partners, IT, vendors and senior management
  • Map out current processes, identify disconnects and re-engineer processes to gain efficiencies
  • Development of new data sources and modeling to ensure data integrity and accuracy
  • Perform second-level operational analysis to determine opportunities to optimize effectiveness and efficiency
  • Work with Senior Operations Management to understand and present data and analysis findings, allowing them to make suggested improvements based on recommendations
  • Utilize tools, such as Visio, Excel, Access, SQL, Power BI, PowerPoint, and CMS reports to gather data and present solutions in an organized, professional way
  • Coordinate with other departments to maintain data governance across call center data models
  • Clearly communicate analytical results to senior operations management via different data visualization methods
  • Perform ad hoc analysis for operations to help them improve operational KPIs
  • Manage a team of reporting analysts to support and enhance the servicing business units


  • Graduation from a 4-year college or university with major course work in a quantitative discipline (economics, mathematics, engineering, etc.)  Will consider the equivalent combination of job experience & education that demonstrates the ability to perform the essential functions of this job. Typically, 7+ years of experience preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience managing reporting and analysis teams
  • Advanced proficiency with SQL, data visualization, excel, power BI, and PowerPoint is required
  • Demonstrated proficiency to coordinate and communicate effectively with senior leadership teams
