  • Identify and analyze customer feedback, issues or complaints via Servicing Lines of Business and direct from customer.
  • Develop, test, and deploy required web solutions in a timely manner. Monitor and respond to customer web inbox daily.
  • Suggests observed solutions to improve the customer experience via website and/or enhancing internal systems/processes.
  • Must be able to lead internal projects
  • Understand the structures, usage and sources of business data and customer experience via the web.
  • Able to develop formal business processes
  • Analysis and assessment of business needs and cross-system impacts by offering full systems integration solutions
  • Ability to data mine and provide management level reporting and analysis in order to make strategic management decisions
  • Liaison between Servicing Lines of Business, IT, Marketing, and Website teams.


  • Graduation from a 4-year college or university.  Will consider the equivalent combination of job experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the essential functions of this job.
  • Customer Service experience required
  • Process engineering and documentation experience
  • Preferable web engineering experience
  • Internal applicants with LSAMS, Footprints,  & Apollo Website experience preferred
  • 3 to 5 years related analyst experience using Microsoft Access, database systems, and SQL
  • 3 to 5 years related experience in finance or  mortgage related field
