The Document Services Analyst will manage image extraction for all outgoing service transfers. Provide offshore vendor support for missing document research and retrieval, vendor scorecards and QC.  Maintain tracking and reporting for offshore and service transfers. Additional duties may include support for image ingestion for incoming Acquisitions.


  • Manage image extraction and tracking for all service release transfers.
  • Provide offshore vendor support, including training, meetings, tracking, reporting, and submission of doc type changes and ingestion of images
  • Manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills with internal and external customers.
  • Successful implementation of projects and process improvements according to established timelines and strategic direction of the company.
  • Quality Control with offshore Vendor. 


  • Bachelor's degree with at least 3 years professional level work experience. Mortgage and Financial Services experience preferred, knowledge of mortgage documents and the acquisition process a plus. High school diploma or state accepted equivalency is required.
  • Operates under close supervision. Effectively builds strong relationships with team and manager. Generally goes beyond the basic requirements and work performed adds value to the organization. Occasionally generates new ideas to problems and solutions. Open to the creative suggestions of others.
  • Work is routine in nature with very little authority for decision making. Demonstrated ability to work autonomously to perform required work assignments.
  • Decisions and actions have impact on success of team, department, business line and/or client. Scope of work impacts team and business unit. Routine interaction with department senior leadership, internal business partners and outside vendor that require a strong ability to build and manage relationships. Meets the requirements and expectations of the customer; acts with the customer in mind.
  • Possesses clear and professional verbal and written communication skills when used both internally and externally. Effectively presents accurate information to varying audiences.
  • Proficiency with MS Office with advanced Excel skills and experience
