Work on a small tactical team that supports the Document Administration team through process improvement, automation, innovation, reporting and strategic thinking.

Individual uses independent discretion to provide accurate financial information, maintain data integrity, monitor and distribute workflow and provide assistance to Account Services associates and operational oversight support to Account Services Manager. Responsible for ensuring timely and accurate processing of all Account Services core possesses. Performs all duties in accordance with company policies and procedures as well as within state and federal regulations.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Identify and conduct discovery meetings to uncover all details needed to document and develop process improvement proposals and develop supporting reports and applications.
  • Develop, test, and deploy various business reports and productivity tools.
  • Lead and organize internal projects
  • Mentor other team members to help grow their skillsets and improve the overall product and brand of our team
  • Analyze and mine data to provide management reporting to aide with strategic decision making
  • Manage and maintain various SQL databases
  • Advanced/Proficient knowledge of MS Windows operating system. Advanced/Proficient knowledge of MS Excel, Word , Sharepoint and VISIO is expected.
  • Proficient knowledge of relational databases and Access is preferred.
  • Ability to perform  technology coding such as SQL
  • Data entry keystroke skills – 10 key by touch is expected.
