Reports to Implementations Manager

The Client Relations Manager manages the ongoing relationship between Title365 and its Clients post implementation. Responsibilities include understanding and support of Client’s processes and requirements, daily analysis of client production reports, client’s POC for any questions as well as hosting weekly/monthly meetings, Client site visits, and problem resolution. This position will help support, create and facilitate Client presentations and business development for existing Clients.  Additional responsibilities include identifying operational efficiencies and managing reporting to Sr. Management and the Client.


  • Understand client requirements and attend meetings relating to the planning and facilitating of a prospective Client in the late stages of the business development lifecycle (no services currently offered).  In addition, offer, create and culminate the expansion of additional products and services to existing Clients.  
  • The candidate will facilitate meetings with the Client for recurring performance reviews, operational opportunities, and anything operational relating to Company/Client engagement. This includes operational discussions that are generally more frequent in nature (weekly/bi-monthly). The Candidate will manage collecting agenda items, engaging the appropriate internal participants, and documenting/following up on deliverables.
  • Serve as an escalation contact for the Client to resolve issues.
  • Serve as the SPOC relating to the ingestion of and development/delivery of reporting requests from a Client.
  • Review and amend client’s P&Ps.
  • Offers recommendations for improvement to current processes and systems.
  • Attend industry-specific conference and trade shows, as needed.
  • On-site travel to Client location as needed.
  • Other duties as required. 


  • Bachelor’s Degree + Preferred
  • 5+ years of experience within the default mortgage servicing industry
  • Superior verbal/written communication skills
  • Prior Client Management experience
  • Prior Project Management experience
  • Intermediate+ Microsoft Office skills
