  • Serve as the face of Title365 to Nationstar Mortgage (NSM) management and staff. Act as a customer advocate to generate high client satisfaction through differentiated service
  • Obtain daily feedback on Title365’s service levels by interacting with NSM processors, funders, supervisors, managers, AVPs, VPs and executives
  • Work directly with NSM’s loan processing department to meet their monthly funding goals by:
    • Resolving file-level title curative issues to move loans to a clear-to-close status
    • Tracking Title365’s receipt of NSM closing documents to meet scheduled loan signings
    • Coordinating resolution of loan-specific issues between Title365 and NSM
  • Make decisions to insure over liens that have satisfactory evidence that the lien is paid-in-full to mitigate any potential for a future claim
  • Work with Title365’s Pittsburgh and Texas production offices to obtain advice from management and risk about what is acceptable proof to clear/cure certain title matters
  • Attend weekly loan processor team meetings as a representative of Title365 to keep NSM up to date on Title365, obtain feedback and identify areas that need improvement
  • Provide ad hoc training as needed to NSM personnel on title-related topics
  • Improve client satisfaction and identify high level trends for process improvement
  • Hold client accountable to mutually agreed deliverables and SLA's, and push back as needed
  • Present key findings for monthly business overview presentations to Title365 and NSM executives


  • Graduation from a 4-year college or university with major course work in a discipline related to the requirements of the position is preferred. Will consider the equivalent combination of job experience & education that demonstrates the ability to perform the essential functions of this job. High school diploma or equivalent required. 
  • 2+ years' experience in the Title Industry, or a related field, with the ability to understand a basic title report
  • Exceptional customer service skills including unparalleled follow-through, professional and consultative communication, and natural relationship-building
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure, and be a problem solver (not a problem identifier)
