The Document Control Associate will analyze, research, and administer the tracking of collateral documents. This person will also work closely with company employees, our custodian’s, trustee’s, servicer’s and vendors to facilitate, complete and accurate documents and files.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

1. Research and track collateral files/documents.

2. Explore and analyze files for missing documentation.

3. Assist in absolving problem files and documentation associated with these files.

4. Run reports

5. Manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.

6. Effective verbal and written communication skills with internal and external customers.

7. Successful implementation of projects and process improvements according to
established timelines and strategic direction of the company.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT

Graduation from a 4-year college or university with major course work in a discipline related to the requirements of the position is preferred. Will consider the equivalent combination of job experience & education that demonstrates the ability to perform the essential functions of this job.
Knowledge of systems including Microsoft Office and proprietary software products used to support of business.
Knowledge of mortgage collateral documents a must.
