The Customer Operations Advisor provides a career path, so you can take charge of your future. You will start your Mr. Cooper journey in Irving, TX.  In as little as 6-12 months, with the leadership team’s recommendation, you could be eligible for management, leadership or the Home Advisor roles.  After finding the right fit for you and your talents, you will be top of the totem pole for additional future advancement opportunities. Customer Operations Advisors will start at $40,000 a year.    Mr. Cooper wants to invest in you and your future career goals!
