We’re powered by an Agile work process, building products that make homeowners’ lives easier and keep our business strong.

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager that can help accelerate our digital transformation. This is a hands-on individual contribution position.  This person will assess the market landscape for viable new innovative ideas to drive the digital transformation.

WHAT YOU’LL DO: POSITION OVERVIEW

  • Assess the market landscape for innovative ideas to drive digital transformation
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop and maintain the digital product roadmap, and present to company leaders, clients and other stakeholders
  • Develop functional specifications, diagrams, and use cases to define the platform and product enhancements and conduct usability studies to insure the effectiveness of products.
  • Work with cross functional teams to design the user experience, project scheduling, and interaction with development teams to complete desired projects.
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to launch products and enhancements insuring they operate effectively and meet project objectives.
  • Work with the marketing team to create materials to promote our solution and value proposition.
  • Insure necessary documentation is prepared for product releases and user guides.

WHO YOU ARE: SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • You are curious, driven and have proven experience collaborating with product managers in a cross functional setting to define requirements
  • You are comfortable with imperfect information. You embrace the process of working incrementally and iteratively to define, own and deliver an awesome product.
  • You are comfortable working in a (highly) regulated industry and are prepared to do the necessary work to meet legal and compliance requirements without compromising customer experience.  
  • You are able to prioritize work and effectively manage to deadlines.

Required Skills / Experience

  • Qualified candidates have a very strong product management / ownership background with demonstrated expertise (5+ years’) in working with customers to deliver world-class technology solutions.
  • Candidates should have 3+ years’ prior experience in agile software development environments and should be comfortable working in cross-functional teams with developers, designers, etc.
  • Domain/Industry knowledge of the real estate and mortgage industry is a plus. Will consider personal experience in the industry, but professional work experience is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree is considered a plus
  • You should be passionate about product ownership and live and breathe the user experience.
  • You have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the backbone and tact to gain team buy-in and drive collaboration.
  • You have an outstanding track record of delivering high-quality solutions on time. You are meticulous and detail-oriented, and ensure that compliance and branding standards are adhered through in every stage of the SDLC. 

Position will require scheduling flexibility due to extensive collaboration with offshore teams.
