The Immigration & Onboarding Coordinator is a hands-on role that supports HR and Talent Acquisition in immigration coordination, onboarding and administrative support. 

The role is critical in executing company initiatives, creating a positive experience for candidates and employees and driving HR & Talent Acquisition functional excellence and continuous process improvement.

Location: Coppell, TX 75019

Essential Functions:

  • Ensuring accuracy and timeliness of pre-hire process
  • Daily maintenance of HR Recruiting functions
  • Oversee onboarding compliance requirements of new hires and internal transfers
  • Acts as a liaison for new hire orientation
  • Assist in process improvement efforts for increased efficiency, quality and candidate experience
  • Communicate application status to candidates at appropriate stage of the process
  • Serve as immigration specialist/resource to employee population for all immigration matters
  • Manage immigration case initiation process and fact gathering
  • Ensure immigration compliance
  • Prepare immigration-related correspondence
  • Assist in preparing visa petitions with firm
  • General administrative duties as needed


  • High School or equivalent required
  • Business Degree in business or a related discipline a plus
  • 2+ years of professional work experience in Recruiting/HR required
  • 1 year experience working with immigration required
  • Highly skilled at establishing relationships to effectively interact with and support
  • Proficient in MS Word and Excel
  • Demonstrated experience in communicating and building relationships with front line managers to be viewed as a trusted resource for advice and guidance
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask using analytical and problem-solving skills within a fast-paced environment with competing demands
