  • Training our clients on the use of the LenderX system. Training involves the lender administrative staff, support staff, and their preferred appraisers via web meetings.
  • Creating companies in the LenderX system and customizing the settings to meet the needs of our clients.
  • Daily communication with clients via phone/email/web-based meetings for assistance or troubleshooting during the implementation process.
  • Submitting business cases for enhancements to the system based on client requests/needs, as well as maintaining client records and contact information in our system.
  • Managing relationship with existing clients. To include ongoing support, touchpoint meetings, and processing feature requests.

Education/Previous experience Requirements:

  • A HS graduate or the equivalent in work experience of a similar type to the Implementation role such as: Account management or Lead Customer Service.

Preferred Experience, Job Skills, & Knowledge:

  • Ability to work with a broad spectrum of organizational levels within our client base to properly and promptly get the client setup and utilizing the LenderX software system.
  • Must be highly detail oriented in documenting information and practice exceptional follow-through techniques throughout the implementation process.
  • Will need an ability to function with a high level of multitasking across multiple clients and prioritize accordingly and maintain success while delivering a high level of customer service.
  • Demonstrate problem solving abilities with a desire to take on responsibility as it related to understanding customer needs.
  • Must maintain “expert status” on all software changes made to the system to be able to properly inform the client during the implementation process.
  • Previous customer service & phone call experience needed.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suites preferred.
  • Previous software support, training, or onboarding experience is a plus.

  • Well organized and a quick learner that is able to properly function under the business pressure of a rapidly growing organization and a constantly evolving software.
  • Ability to handle a consistent schedule while being very flexible to changes that may need to be met while representing LenderX in a professional manner.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills. This should also include instructional, facilitation, and presentation skills along with strong process development and project management skills.
  • Clear and articulate communicator and a logical thinker.
