  • Process Simple Assumption requests, audit Simple Assumption Agreements from Vendor and some vendor oversight will be necessary.
  • Demonstrates ability to perform audits and approve agreements to be created.
  • Researches and resolves escalated or complex issues pertaining to Assumption agreements, research and resolve rejected agreements from County Recording Office.
  • Perform new assumer updates to various websites.
  • Booking Simple and Modification Assumptions.
  • Follow up with County Recording Offices.
  • Updating HMDA Data fields when necessary.
  • Work Simple Assumption Pipeline
  • Disperse out weekly Simple Assumption Reports.
  • Process payment invoicing when needed.
  • Updating Credit Reporting on completed Assumptions by submitting help desk tickets.
  • Update LSAMS with various comment codes pertaining to Assumption process.
  • Assists with training of staff to implement process changes.
  • Performs root cause analysis for projects and/or processes within the department and executes solid process improvement solutions through Research, Analysis and Proposal Creation.
  • Serves as point of contact for 3rd Party Vendor (PPDOC).
  • Other duties as assigned.


  • Education & Professional Experience: Bachelor's degree and typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related work experience. Data Operations/Reporting, Loan Servicing, or Real Estate lending experience within Mortgage or Financial Services a plus.
