•    Responsible for performing loan level audits (ARM, Payment Option ARM, HELOC, SCRA, Modification Booking and Balloon), vendor oversight, and highly visible consumer group audits findings.
•    Review of acquisition loan data from prior servicers.  This review entails working with business units to find data gaps/illogical errors, request updates to data fields, and post board review.
•    Investor guideline management
•    Extraction and analysis of data from LSAMS, Access and/or relational databases with demonstrated ability to perform analysis, decipher, trend and effectively report data gathered through technology.
•    Research and resolution of escalated or complex issues.
•    Assist training of staff to implement process changes.
•    Performs root cause analysis on various projects and/or processes within the department and executes solid process improvement solutions.
•    May have direct meetings/relationships with varying levels of staff management to accomplish Special Loans initiatives which may include cross-departmental projects.
•    Backup for Senior Associate and Manager as a point of contact for system, IT, and Compliance related projects. Responsible for reporting to senior management
•    Provides training, guidance and backup to Associate I team members
•    Supports Senior Associate and Manager in order to administer quality control for Associate I members
•    Support Senior Associate and Manager in order to provide specifications, test scenarios and verification of data as it related to IT or Compliance related projects
•    Good written, verbal, interpersonal, presentation skills.

•    Ability to work autonomously and under pressure
•    Ability to multi-task, be highly organized, and work independently
•    Ability to identify problems and apply creative solutions


  • Graduation from a 4-year college or university with major course work in a discipline related to the requirements of the position is preferred.  Will consider the equivalent combination of job experience & education that demonstrates the ability to perform the essential functions of this job.
  • Advanced/Proficient knowledge of MS Windows operating system.  Advanced/Proficient knowledge of MS Excel, Access, relationsal databases, Word and VISIO is expected. Ability to perform  technology coding such as SQL, is preferred.
  • Knowledge of loan servicing operations
  • LPS/LSAMS experience preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years Data Operations, Loan Servicing, Remittance Experience or Real Estate Lending experience in an Special Loans enivonrment within Mortgage or Financial Services.
  • Minimum 1 year Default or Account Services experience.
  • 2 + years as a Loan Administration Analyst in a Special Loans capacity is preferred.
