  • Responsible for managing the FCL Ops team including all duties and tasks involved in the marketing and sale of default properties to be sold at foreclosure sale or recently acquired at foreclosure sale. This position will require timely & effective communication with clients, internal departments, & vendors to reach a positive resolution for the sale of the property to a 3rd party buyer.
  • Responsible for managing a team of specialists with assets scheduled for upcoming auctions, from referral through the end of the auction and post-auction activities.
  • Coordinate with servicer clients, foreclosure law firms, auction vendors, buyers of properties, other authorized third parties and internal Xome departments to ensure all auction activities are completed timely and accurately, while providing best in class customer service.
  • Manage all parties to maximize portfolio performance and resolve any problems in marketing assets and successfully taking them to auction, with responsibility for meeting or exceeding key performance indicators, including sales targets.
  • Manage the intake of new assets and validate that information meets data integration standards and that assets are accurately boarded.
  • Direct and oversee the activities of auction vendors, communicating new assignments and any change in status up to the time of scheduled sale.
  • Oversee sales results received from the vendor and audit for accuracy and completeness. Ensure results are communicated timely to law firms and clients, and validate winning bid funds are received by the servicer.
  • On recently foreclosed assets, oversee the process to ensure there is marketable title. Coordinate all activities leading up to auction. Process auction results and obtain executed purchase contracts on sold assets. Work in tandem with an assigned Closer to ensure a timely closing is performed. Reset assets for auction as required.
  • Manage staff reports on inventory and status as directed.


  • 3+ year’s experience required in a related field
  • A high school diploma or state accepted equivalency is required. Graduation from a 4-year college or university with major course work in a discipline related to the requirements of the position is highly preferred
  • At least 2+ years management experience highly preferred
  • Foreclosure experience required
  • REO and/or auction experience a plus
