Education/Experience Requirements

Extensive knowledge of the Bankruptcy laws, especially regarding bankruptcy payment processing of pre- and post-petition payments, and general knowledge of all bankruptcy milestone processes such as Proof of Claim, Motion for Relief, PCN, PPFN, BK Closing and complaint resolution. Also needs a working knowledge of FDCPA and CFPB guidelines.   Minimum 2 years’ experience supervising on- and offshore processors doing hands on BK processing.  Effective written and verbal communication skills necessary to work with numerous business partners, upper management, attorneys and trustees.  4 year college or university degree preferred, but commensurate work experience will be considered.  Previous experience with LSAMS, Help Me Rhonda software, BKFS/LPS/Loan Sphere are preferred. 

Job Functions

  • Supervise onshore and offshore teams processing pre- and post-petition suspense in conjunction with Account Services utilizing Help Me Rhonda and manual suspense processes.
  • Supervise onshore team performing QC on all bankruptcy milestone processes such as:  Proof of Claim, Motion for Relief, PCN, PPFN, and BK Closing.
  • Supervise onshore team completing investor relation inquiries.  
  • Supervise onshore team responding to monthly Claims Dept. loss assessments against business unit.
  • Respond to inquiries from Customer Service Complaints/QWRs.
  • Utilize Pacer, Aacer, NDC and Ch. 13 Trustee websites in analyzing cases.
  • Assess staff performance management, provide periodic performance reviews and coach staff toward excellent performance.
  • Analyze reporting to provide production and performance metrics to upper management.
  • Review internal audit findings to prepare rebuttals and create remediation plans for process breaks.
