The Manager - Risk & Compliance Testing is responsible for monitoring the execution of compliance testing and quality control for multiple business units, communicating issues with the lines of business, and providing feedback to onshore and offshore testing teams.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Monitor completion of compliance testing on a monthly basis.
  • Ensure results go through quality control process for accuracy.
  • Communicate with the lines of business to resolve rebuttals timely.
  • Provide consistent feedback to both onshore and offshore testing teams.
  • Perform monthly marketing reconciliation to identify testing populations.
  • Perform testing and data validation for marketing campaigns.
  • Assist with the development of new testing programs, with a particular focus on marketing.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks, be highly organized, and work independently.
  • Ability to gather, analyze, and evaluate facts.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills.


  • Graduation from a 4-year college or university is preferred. Will consider the equivalent combination of job experience and education that demonstrates the ability to perform the essential functions of the job.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years experience in the mortgage industry. People management experience is preferred.
