WHAT YOU’LL DO: POSITION OVERVIEW

  • Build and leverage industry relationships with Top 25 lenders to drive to drive title and settlement opportunities for the Title365 national solutions division
  • Secure client meetings and consult with clients regarding Title365 national solutions
  • Grow, nurture, and maintain relationships with existing client base and seek opportunities to increase business and ensure client satisfaction
  • Work with the national sales leadership team on strategic business development opportunities
  • Generate new third party sales with specific focus on super regional and regional lenders. 
     

WHO YOU ARE: EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIREMENTS

  • You are an experienced national Title Sales Executive with 5+ years' experience in the Title Insurance industry
  • You have developed and maintained a book of business with Top 25 industry leaders 
  • You are confident in meeting with and presenting to top industry clients on behalf of Title365
  • You are self-motivated, and comfortable in a role with significant autonomy
  • A high school diploma or state accepted equivalency is required
