Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provides training and guidance to existing and new team members utilizing assigned projects
  • Solicits input and ideas from stakeholders and effected teams for assigned projects
  • Provides regular status updates, reports to management and key stake holders, and recommends process improvements as needed. 
  • Actively works with 3rd parties to develop new projects/programs and drive integration into existing systems/processes
  • Assists in the creation and implementation of new process and procedures.
  • Serves as escalation point for hot issues to facilitate a timely and effective resolution as related to assigned projects
  • Manages system-based and internal control reports and process queue systems to ensure relevant success metrics are available on any assigned projects
  • Reviews cost estimator process and pricing for financial and process improvement opportunities

    Education:

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Industry experience and/or property management, leasing, construction background, preferred
  • Project management experience
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • H.S. Diploma or GED required

Typical Experience:

  • Strong technical abilities and demonstrated ability to lead others
  • Minimum of 2 years in related area, or 3 years experience with the company

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • General contractor license or equivalent experience
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to facilitate change
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, strong customer focus and basic understanding of contractual agreements
  • Understanding of how process outcomes and decisions impact the business
  • Good organization and time management skills; ability to multi-task
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Demonstrated ability to coach, train and motivate team members without direct reports
  • Reacts well under pressure and deals with ambiguity
  • Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner; action oriented
  • Strong computer skills; Excel, Power Point, reporting tools
