The Business Systems Analyst will engage with cross-functional teams and partner with colleagues from various departments including but not limited to Accounting, Treasury, Finance, Operations, Application Development and Quality Assurance. Engage with stakeholders both in person and remotely.

Critical Role Functions Include:

  • Discover and interpret business objectives as defined by the product roadmap and client needs and translate them into requirements
  • Partner with clients to define the roadmap.
  • Develop Agile SDLC artifacts such as stories, sprints and backlog. Deliver continuous improvements to the product via Agile SDLC.
  • Work with cross functional teams to design the user experience, project scheduling, and interaction with development teams to complete required projects
  • Ensure necessary documentation is prepared for product releases and user guides.
  • Manage the bandwidth of an offshore development team


Please note, at this time, we are seeking local candidates who will not require present or future work sponsorship in a full-time W-2 Position.

  • 8+ years' experience in Business Analysis and Project Mgmt for application software with a demonstrable skillset and background in developing business and functional requirements, work flow diagrams, and use cases
  • Experience required with T-SQL
  • Experience required with internet technologies such as XML, JSON, and HTML.
  • Experience partnering with application development, quality assurance, and product teams around web, mobile, or software projects
  • Experience of understanding OOP concepts.
  • Experience with Agile Application Lifecycle Management methodology is  required
  • Exposure to collaborative tools such as Visual Studio Team Server is preferred
  • Experience in the mortgage industry considered a strong plus, but not required
