WHAT YOU’LL DO: POSITION OVERVIEW

This position is responsible for directly assisting prospects in the mortgage inquiry process of home buying, selling, and refinancing. You are responsible for various lead generation activities, including answering inbound calls from a variety of lead sources; and outbound calling to support numerous marketing campaigns. Full effort will be put into providing world class customer service to prospects, including education and guidance on the mortgage inquiry process. You will build, work directly with, and manage strong relationships with licensed loan officers (Mortgage Professionals) and potential customers. A close working relationship with a team oriented approach with fellow Sales Assistants, Management, Mortgage Professionals, and other departments within the Company is expected. A competitive, high performing individual and team culture with an approach to continuous improvement is expected.

  • Assists with pipeline management by contacting brokers regarding lock expirations
  • Assists with broker approval/renewal packages
  • Assists with phone-based new broker training (Helps ensure brokers are fully trained on our systems, programs and policies; Credit, XQ, Real EC, etc.; Assists with loan status calls)
  • Assists in answering broker’s questions about process, policy and guidelines
  • Assists with loan scenarios
  • Quotes rates, fees, and assist brokers with loan registration and/or locks 
  • Supports calls to 800 number
  • CLASS moves/changes
  • Diagnoses XQ failures, completes password resets
  • XQ user build and XQ company moves to new AE’s
  • Assists with pricing specials and verifies qualification
