Job Summary:
This position is responsible for managing an NCA Sales Team responsible for soliciting new residential mortgage business. This role must manage, motivate, support and develop the Sales Team in order to achieve productivity, profitability, quality, efficiency and customer service goals.

Essential Job Functions:
Conducts interviews and hires staff
Manages day to day activities of the sales staff
Holds regular meetings with the sales staff, reviewing sales strategies, best practices, new products and product enhancements.
Develops strategy for building and maintaining account base, utilizing effective sales techniques
Achieve monthly performance standards
Achieve monthly call queue performance standards
Enhance loan agent sales, customer service and technical skills
Monitor agent originations, fundings and loan conversion percentages performance
Ensure regulatory compliance in all areas
Weekly meetings informing staff of expectations and weekly/monthly goals
Weekly training, covering new products and procedure changes
Daily meetings with Director/VP’s
Sales Team pipeline management
Ensures that sales staff is following company policies and procedures
Assistance with daily tasks such as DU/LP
Other duties as assigned
Demonstrate the ability to train, motivate and develop a sales team

Education / Experience Requirements:
High school diploma or state accepted equivalent is required
Must have two years of management experience in the mortgage banking industry, NCA business preferred
Minimum of 5 years of mortgage banking sales experience is preferred, call center experience preferred.
Excel in a fast paced environment with the ability to multitask
