Our Business Systems Analysts are offered a unique opportunity to engage with cross-functional teams and partner with colleagues from Account Management to Application Development to Quality Assurance. You’ll also engage directly with our clients both in person and from remote. This role offers a unique career path toward product or project management in the mobile and web space, or increasingly challenging work in Business Analysis, depending on your long-term goals.

In short, the Business Systems Analyst will work closely with Product Managers, Developers, Quality Assurance, and Clients to develop business requirements and work with various constituents to schedule and deploy the enhancements. Listening skills paired with the ability to generate detailed requirements and thorough use cases are essential.

Critical Role Functions Include:

  • Discover and interpret business objectives as defined by the product roadmap and client needs and translate them into requirements
  • Develop functional specifications, diagrams, and use cases to define the platform and product enhancements
  • Work with cross functional teams to design the user experience, project scheduling, and interaction with development teams to complete required projects
  • Conduct usability studies to insure the effectiveness of products and functionality
  • Insure necessary documentation is prepared for product releases and user guides.
  • Provide statistical analysis for the product using a combination of in-house reporting, Google Analytics, and outside industry trends, sharing results with Product Managers and Senior Management.

  • 4+ years' experience in Business Analysis for application software with a demonstrable skillset and background in developing business and functional requirements, work flow diagrams, and use cases
  • Experience required with B2B application software (SaaS)
  • Experience partnering with application development, quality assurance, and product teams around web, mobile, or software projects
  • Experience with Agile Application Lifecycle Management methodology is considered a plus, but not required
  • Exposure to collaborative tools such as Jira, Confluence and Rally is considered a plus, but not required
  • Experience in supporting workflow-based applications such as CRM, MS, ticketing, etc. is considered a strong plus, but not required
  • Experience in the real estate, title, or mortgage industry considered a strong plus, but not required
  • Must have a great attitude -- we are looking for a team player willing to do what it takes to make the client happy!!
