Senior Risk Management Support Analyst, Risk and Compliance Management

The Senior Risk Management Support Analyst will be a part of a high-performing team, managing Mr.Cooper’s enterprise Governance, Risk, and Compliance (eGRC) platform.  Reporting to the Vice President of Enterprise Risk Infrastructure, the Senior Risk Management Support Analyst will lead and architect business requirements, and reporting capabilities that support all use cases across the eGRC platform. 

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Gathers, analyzes, and documents business requirements for system functionality for each eGRC use case from various stakeholders across the company
  • Create system screen mock-ups and process flow documents
  • Help gain consensus of design across multiple stakeholders throughout business and IT
  • Identify reporting needs, conceptualize, develop and continuously optimize dashboard reporting for operational needs and executive management teams to enable data driven action-taking or decision-making
  • Manage project plans and actual development progress made by IT teams against goal/timeline
  • Manage budget
  • Create and Deliver training and communication needed by various stakeholders

Core Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Business or equivalent work experience
  • Working knowledge of SQL, and other data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
  • Expert in using Microsoft Office suite of products – Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Word
  • Good communication and presentation skills, with ability to influence and drive agreement
  • Minimum three years of industry-relevant experience
