Job description:
The Senior Quality Assurance Analyst’s role is to work closely with development/product owners and software Quality Assurance team members to ensure high quality releases for all of our Mortgage web/mobile applications. The Senior Quality Assurance Analyst and Quality Assurance team will be responsible for creation and execution of test scenarios and design and implementation of the manual and automation framework to support multiple projects.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Plan, schedule and perform manual and automated software tests;
  • Develop automated regression test suites using automated testing tools;
  • Manage defect tracking; monitor and report results;
  • Determine when components meet acceptable quality criteria and standards and give the go-ahead for release to production;
  • Execute all components of product testing such as functional, regression and end-to-end testing;
  • Work collaboratively within a team of other engineers and demonstrate strong teamwork;
  • Note: this is a hands on roll where the candidate will be helping the teams setup an automation framework while at the same time supporting the current projects as we continue to grow the team.

  • Working experience in software development and software quality assurance
  • Knowledge of the current trends and latest advancements. 

Prefered Technical Tools Skills:

  • Selenium Web driver, Ruby on Rails,RSpec, JMeter, Jenkins, SQL Server 2016, Java, Selenium, TestNG
  • Graylog, Pivotal tracker, Airbrake, Postman, SOAP UI, Git, VSTS

Years of experience: 5 years

Education: Minimum Bachelors degree. Masters degree is preferred.
