Mr. Cooper is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our Digital Product team.  This candidate will be a digital marketing expert and enjoy a collaborative environment.

This role is responsible for optimizing digital properties for lead generation, SEO and content.  The Digital Marketing Manager will drive testing strategy and site optimizations through partnership with product and design team.  This person has a proven ability to negotiate, influence and collaborate with other key decision makers in a highly cross-functional / cross product environment.

Primary day-to-day responsibilities include (but not limited to) the following:

  • Create digital strategy to optimize lead generation
  • Create content strategy to build SEO and help position the brand as a top educational resource for home loans
  • Understand strategic and technical fundamentals of SEO
  • Experience updating a website through a CMS
  • Develop testing strategy and partner with product and design to continually optimize website and landing pages
  • Experience using Google Analytics, company sales data, and consumer research to understand digital behavior and identify opportunities to accelerate growth
  • Improve/develop scorecards to track leads on a daily/weekly/monthly basis
  • Establish business requirements for all tagging and testing. Ensure that website is tagged appropriately to measure all campaigns
  • Work with other channel leads to understand the impact and optimization of campaigns across digital, email, direct mail, telephone, etc.
  • Create and optimize digital creative for media campaigns (email, landing pages)  
  • Ongoing optimization and site evaluation to anticipate the evolving needs of our users
  • Drive timelines and manage competing agendas in an environment where process isn’t always defined

Position-Specific Skills Required

  • Experience developing and optimizing digital creative
  • SEO/SEM experience
  • Strong Google Analytics experience, including report development, tagging, and analysis
  • Understand best practice as it relates to all digital marketing channels and measurement
  • Mobile-first mentality
  • Strong oral/written communication, with proven abilities in strategy and presenting to various stakeholders

Education/Training Required

  • BA/BS with an emphasis in Business or Marketing preferred; MBA a plus.
  • 8+ years’ experience in digital and content marketing, delivering consumer-focused experiences online. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in driving sales leads and/or ecommerce revenue.
  • Proven track record of deploying successful strategies and tactics that yielded significant traffic/revenue.
