Nationstar Mortgage is seeking a Sr. Principal Information Systems for its Irving, TX office to be responsible for performance testing function of all IT systems within the organization.  This position will work on tasks necessary to measure and analyze systems performance.  The individual in this role will work as a hands-on technical contributor and will collaborate with other teams as needed such as developers, architects, system admins and DBAs to implement tools and process to achieve goals for performance testing.

Position requires a Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or a closely related field (foreign equivalent acceptable) and 5 years of progressively responsible experience or a Master’s in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or a closely related field (foreign equivalent acceptable) and 2 years of experience. The experience that is required must have involved the following: performance testing, monitoring and analysis with automated tools such as HP Loadrunner / Performance Center, jMeter or similar tools – using various protocols like Web, Web services and Citrix; performance testing, monitoring and analysis of applications involving various operating systems (Windows, UNIX flavors), web servers, application servers and Databases (MS SQL Server, Oracle, DB2); working with complete software development lifecycle process; and experience in the financial services industry.
