Sources, compiles and interprets key business financial, operational and statistical data.Analyzes metrics performance. Generates a variety of value-added reports or enterprise solutions for the Master Servicing staff, business managers & senior-level executives.


Gather report requirements - Manage and develop reports or processes by data mining/querying SQL; DB2: Oracle, SBO and other databases and provide the analysis necessary in order to measure performance; identify areas in need of improvement; measure the effective operation of processes within each department and provide information necessary for the operation of the Master Servicing Department. Perform project business lead functions managing project scope; documentation; resources; and deadlines.

Develop meaningful and useful reports - Analyze, interpret, report, document and research all reports and any anomalies in the data provided. Make changes to queries and documentation, as needed and cause the underlying database elements to be corrected, as needed. Working with applicable business units to develop and implement processes/controls for use in managing risk and attaining benchmarks.

Administer report access and deployment - Develop user-friendly efficiencies to increase the effectiveness of reporting and consolidate & maintain departmental reports used internally and externally such as to other departments, senior management, outside customers, rating agencies, State or local entities.

May perform other related duties or ad hoc projects within the scope of job responsibilities.


Education & Professional Experience: Bachelor's degree preferred and typically requires a minimum of 2 - 5 years related work experience. Mortgage and/or Financial services experience a plus. High school diploma or state approved equivalency required.

Technical Proficiency: Demonstrate advanced computer and software skills necessary for job function; ability to manipulate data to create specific reports if needed. Three Years of Experience with SQL required. SSRS and/or Microsoft Power BI is a material plus.
