The UAT Analyst is responsible for managing user acceptance testing for releases within our Asset management and Auction platform and ensure development output meets the defined specifications according to the business requirements and acceptance criteria.

  • Review business requirements, user stories and technical specifications of current software development projects
  • Learn the platform (asset management end to end workflow) eventually become a Subject Matter Expert
  • Participate in functional requirement reviews, clarifying requirements, understanding design decisions
  • Convert requirements into use cases, test plans, test cases and test steps
  • Coordinate with broader QA team to plan and utilize automated testing tool for test data preparation
  • Test execution will include user acceptance, functional, regression and usability tests 
  • Responsible for coordinating UAT sessions to occur after QA signoff and obtaining UAT signoffs
  • Conduct analysis of identified issues providing partners with sufficient detail to understand ‘working as expected’, valid issues or new request
  • Drive UAT defects management till closure based on business priority and severity
  • Responsible for recording demonstrations of sprint features for user release notes
  • Responsible for creating and maintaining post-production validation processes
  • Support in researching root cause analysis on production issues
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement


  • A further education qualification on related discipline or demonstrable relevant practical experience
  • Ability to independently schedule and execute UAT tasks
  • Experience in real estate default services and auction process
  • Strong analysis, evaluation and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to understand application workflows and test process
  • Good understanding of the process of SDLC and cross-departmental co-operation/collaboration
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working in an agile environment
  • Ability to operate independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with Jira is desirable
