Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Review of BPO products to insure quality standards and timelines are met for our clients.
  • Review client inquiries of orders to insure prompt resolution is completed.
  • Daily communication with outside real estate professionals to follow up on orders that did not pass quality standards.

Minimum Job Qualifications

  • The ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers.
  • Ability to effectively present either verbally or in written form, information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
  • Demonstrates ability to review and understand complex situations.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
