  • Actively recruits and trains new vendors (Appraisers and Real Estate Professionals) as directed by management, feedback from system reports, and/or vendor coordination departments.
  • Works to locate internal and external vendors on a transactional order basis to fulfill Broker Price Opinions (BPO)
  • Working with vendors, negotiates pricing to minimize vendor fees and cost, and to create preferred vendor model.
  • Procures required licensing and tax information from active vendors and maintains their profiles in Xome’s vendor management system.
  • Ensures vendor information in database is accurate, inputting notes in the internal system regarding each vendor’s performance, checking the system for vendors’ performance before assigning work.
  • Offers constructive feedback on active vendors regarding continuous performance improvement.
  • Prepares, analyzes and disseminates daily, weekly and monthly reports on vendor performance.
  • Creates a feedback loop between vendor and Xome to ensure standards are met and maintained.
  • Responsible for various projects in specific states or other defined geographic areas to reduce cost or recruit new vendors to provide a new product.


  • A high school diploma or state accepted equivalency is required
  • At least one year experience in real estate or related industry preferred
  • Experience in valuations (BPO/Appraisal) highly preferred
  • Experience in vendor recruitment highly preferred
  • Must be able to physically work onsite at the Coraopolis, P.A. office
  • Must have a high comfort level performing outbound calls
  • Must be able to think creatively in all position’s daily processes
