Description: The S/VP of Change Management is responsible for the overall change management process for the largest transformation program within the company. This person will work with program leadership to identify the changes required for the organization, assess the organization’s capabilities to enact change, design the change activities required, and facilitate the change activities. Activities include mobilizing program leadership to lead change efforts, engaging project leaders to assess change needs, creating program and project change plans, and orchestrating change delivery across the transformation roadmap. The S/VP will be part of the Program Management Office Leadership team and work closely with program leadership, business owners, IT, and Finance to understand target program and project outcomes and align the organization to deliver.


  • Minimum of BS degree in human resources, business, communications or related field plus 10+ years of progressive, relevant HR work experience, preferably in a financial related company
  • Mastery of Microsoft applications (e.g. Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Experience facilitating change with scale projects or program
  • Relevant certifications in change management principles, methodologies and tools (e.g. Prosci, Lean, Six-Sigma, PMP, etc.)

    Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Set the context for change by:
    • Assessing the organization’s readiness for change, including change capabilities and capacity for change
    • Mapping key stakeholders and determining how to engage / leverage
    • Designing and maintaining the program change strategy
    • Developing and maintaining program communications plan
  • Facilitate change by:
    • Evaluating the impact of in-flight projects as well as all newly initiated projects
    • Identifying project change needs and designing change interventions (training, communications, coaching, etc.)
    • Aggregating project-specific change actions into the integrated change plan
    • Working with Communications Lead, LD&T Lead, and Project Managers to develop required change interventions
    • Facilitating change execution
    • Providing coaching to executives on change leadership role
  • Monitor change outcomes by:
    • Tracking change activities
    • Working with Program Finance and Value Realization Lead to monitor project outcomes
    • Reporting change outcomes, issues, and risks to program leadership
