Scope/Responsibilities: Strategic/Operational ownership for a single/multiple sub-segments of a business channel or corporate staff function. Accountability is either a single function within a job family or entire enterprise; if only responsible for a Division, must be accountable for multiple functions within a job family. May have full budgetary responsibility for assigned area. Direct Report to VP, SVP or EVP. Manages VP and/or below AVP level resources. Responsible for medium and/or long term business entity planning, strategic ownership and operational direction. Decisions have a high impact on assigned business area; may impact entire enterprise.


  • Manage staff to ensure timely execution of responsibilities meeting all compliance and governance standards.
  • Adherence and ability to forecast future needs related to all applicable governance – company, Investor and Governmental.
  • Change of Law oversight.
  • Maintenance procedures to ensure quality and the highest levels of productivity meeting all compliance and governance standards.
  • Responsible for all activity related and maintenance of Servicer and Beneficiary ownership/rights related to Land Records within Governing Municipalities and MERS Records.
  • Responsible for accurate data integrity and record keeping and  related to all Document Administration activities including but not limited to the  imaging system, document tracking system of record, document creation system, servicing system, investor systems and MERS.
  • Responsible periodic reporting to various regulators, investors and other business units associated with all Document Administration activities.
  • Responsible for the training, development and performance management.


  • Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years preferred.
  • Proven experience in Senior Management within the Financial Services industry, specifically Mortgage Servicing.
  • Proficiency with financial and operational analysis.  Expertise with reporting tools and database software (e.g. Access), spreadsheet expert (Excel), or other functionally similar applications.
  • Other would include LSAM’s, Lotus Notes, Microsoft Excel/Access/Word/PowerPoint, and Monarch.
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive mortgage banking with concentration at a VP+ level of management in document related role preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive operations management experience with an emphasis in managing multiple functions while working with an array of management levels.
